The HydroHouse Farms Crew
Hassan founded HydroHouse Farms in 2016 with the intention of bringing quality, sustainable, responsibly grown food back to local communities. Previously he had worked in the financial service, digital media, non-profit, and hospitality sectors. Through his various experiences he noticed a growing need for high quality food production and agricultural education. HHF was created to meet those important needs. Hassan graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. In his spare time he enjoys making music, playing sports, and running around with his dog.
Danny is a multidisciplinary creative with a background in experience design, brand identity, and visual design. His charge at HydroHouse Farms is the management of all visual needs, from branding to website and everything in between.
Whether designing digital experiences, sketching logos, or launching clever attacks on the soccer field, he finds satisfaction with an active mind and body.
Talia fills an important role planting seeds, transplanting seedlings, harvesting, packaging, and making sure all grow areas are sanitized. Graduated with honors from Sewanee with a degree in Natural Resources, Talia is passionate about creating urban green spaces and improving our way of living through plants. In her free time she loves to hike, read, tend to houseplants, research plant life, and listen to true crime podcasts.
Josh's main responsibilities include making sure all our equipment is functioning properly and leading any major construction or renovation projects. Josh also owns and operates H20 PRO Pressure Washing, where he does an amazing job cleaning homes and businesses all over Middle Tennessee. When he's not busy working, Josh enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and boating with his three kids and soon to be wife! He attended a mechanics institute in Orlando, FL where he achieved three gold star certifications!
HEAD OF SECURITY
Sherry is also our HR manager. While she's not allowed in any of our grow areas (for obvious sanitary reasons), you can usually find her running around the property chasing deer and playing with neighbor dogs.
